Target oriented approach: If the targets of your compounds are known and/or only few compounds have to be tested specifically, we suggest to first analyse the target expression of our tumors in order to select the most suitable models for further testing. Once tumors have been selected from results from the Affimetrix chips or microarray data, we directly test your compounds in our clonogenic assay and later in in vivo studies.

Drug oriented approach: If many compounds (>20) have to be tested we favour the monolayer assay to first select the most potent and tumor specific compounds. In a following step, selected compounds will be tested in our clonogenic assay and in in vivo studies.
